Method of Delivery
Orders placed on this website will be delivered using one of the following methods*
UPS
FedEx
Royal Mail
Customers in the region of our Head Office in Staffordshire are welcome to collect their order from ST1 3EX but should arrange to do so by telephone or email prior to travelling.
Tracking your Order
Promax doesn't provide customers with a tracking number as a matter of course. However, if your order has been sent by a service that has a tracking facility then a number will be provided to you upon request.
Cost of Delivery
The cost of delivery will be added after your order is recieved and included on the invoice that is sent to you.
Any order placed in the United Kingdom will be charged at a starting point of £7.50. Surcharges may be added for unusually large of heavy goods and deliveries to remote areas.
Orders placed outside the United Kingdom will have carriage added to reflect the cost charged to us by the elected service. Promax endevours to always use the most cost efficeint service to deliver goods to our customers.
Damaged Orders
Promax requests that customers and/or their employees inspect packages that are delivered to you from Promax for any obvious signs of damage. If the packaging is damaged please sign for the consignment as 'damaged'. The courier will be able to help you to do this. If you feel that the consignment is too damaged to accept you are within your rights to reject it.
